The international OLYMPIA league continues its active preparations for its debut team kickboxing tournament under K-1 rules. The organization is currently conducting training camps for athletes, finalizing national team lineups, and completing preparations for one of the most anticipated sporting events of the year in Bali.
According to league representatives, the tournament has generated significant interest both within the Indonesian sports community and among international partners. The event is expected to welcome representatives of various organizations and institutions from Jakarta as honored guests supporting the Indonesian national team.
“We want this tournament to become a true celebration of sport for the people of Bali. That is why admission to the grandstand area will be free for Indonesian spectators. Our goal is to promote kickboxing, inspire young people to pursue sports, and create new opportunities for athletes.”
In addition to preparing for the tournament, OLYMPIA continues to implement sports and community initiatives across Bali. The organization hosts open training sessions, athlete camps, and sporting activities aimed at promoting kickboxing and encouraging a healthy lifestyle among local residents.
At the same time, the OLYMPIA team is actively working with international promoters, coaches, and sports organizations to finalize the list of fighters who will compete in the upcoming national team showdown.
The first OLYMPIA tournament will mark the beginning of a new international team kickboxing system, where every fight earns points for the national team, and the final result is determined by the overall team standings.
